This important seminar is designed for the doctor who is contemplating a practice transition.  That could be for (1) the busy doctor looking to take a partner or (2) the senior doctor thinking about retirement and selling his or her practice or (3) the younger doctor contemplating buying a practice or becoming a partner.

Most of the issues (for example, how to value a practice) will be equally relevant whether you are the potential buyer or the potential seller. We will point out the pros and cons of the various issues from each side’s point of view. This is a no-nonsense, intensive 8 hour course.

  • Seminar Schedule

    Please arrive at the meeting room of The Ritz Carlton between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017, to sign in and receive course materials. Lectures will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday with question and answer periods before and after the meeting. Outlines will be used as a guide to the course.

    It would be useful to have a list of specific questions ready, but we will cover the most commonly asked ones in detail during the seminar as well. All course material will be provided while checking-in on the first day. For complete candidness, tape recorders will not be allowed at the program.

    • Early Bird pricing is valid only until 60 days prior to the event.

    • Attendance at the programs is limited to doctors, spouses, and key office staff members, except by special permission.
    Cancellation

    We understand that emergencies arise. If you can’t make it to a seminar, please provide instructions in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. The full registration fee (minus a $50.00 processing fee) will be refunded if we are notified of cancellation 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. No refunds are possible after this timeframe.  However credit will be given towards a future seminar.
