Most of the issues (for example, how to value a practice) will be equally relevant whether you are the potential buyer or the potential seller. We will point out the pros and cons of the various issues from each side’s point of view. This is a no-nonsense, intensive 8 hour course.

Please arrive at the meeting room of The Ritz Carlton between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019, to sign in and receive course materials. Lectures will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday with question and answer periods before and after the meeting. Outlines will be used as a guide to the course.
It would be useful to have a list of specific questions ready, but we will cover the most commonly asked ones in detail during the seminar as well. All course material will be provided while checking-in on the first day. For complete candidness, tape recorders will not be allowed at the program.
