Sandals St. Lucia Room Acknowledgement Waiver

Seminar Dates: February 1-5, 2027

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following regarding my reservation for the Collier & Associates St. Lucia Seminar at Sandals St. Lucia:

1. Room Payment Responsibility
   • My room payment is fully refundable only until July 30, 2026.
   • After July 30, 2026, I acknowledge that all room payments are fully nonrefundable, and I remain financially responsible for the full cost of my reservation, regardless of attendance or cancellation.
2. Travel Insurance Recommendation
   • I understand that Collier & Associates strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel delays, or other emergencies.
3. Acknowledgement of Terms
   • By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms regarding my room payment and cancellation policies.
